atis x Natoora Bring Spring to Life at #RHSChelsea by @burgers_and_burpees

Move over tulips – this year, the most vibrant thing in bloom at the Chelsea Flower Show might just be edible. Introducing the Chelsea Green Goddess – a verdant, petal-kissed bowl of peak-season glory from atis, London’s purveyor of power bowls, in collaboration with the farm-to-fork wizards at @natoora

Launching for one week only (19–25 May), this seasonal special is a feast for the senses – and not just in the poetic, Pinterest-y way. Crisp romaine, peppery Natoora rocket, tangy pickled fennel, crunchy broccoli, plus a green goddess dressing to make you question your life choices up to this point, all topped off with smoked almonds and a scattering of edible flowers, freshly grown by Natoora.

And because nothing says “Chelsea” like looking good and doing good, £1 from every bowl sold goes to Ripple Effect, atis’ long-term charity partner helping families in rural Africa learn sustainable farming. So yes, your lunch can change the world. (Take that, sad desk sandwich.)

This collab is the centrepiece of #atisBlooms, a full-blown celebration of the season that includes a one-day floral frenzy pop-up on Friday 16 May. Expect free Natoora lemonade, bouquets of dried farm flowers, and possibly a fight over the last bunch of eucalyptus on Regent Street.

For those feeling lucky, there’s also an online giveaway running throughout Chelsea week – prizes include a @canopyandstars weekend escape, nature-inspired treats, and the smug satisfaction of winning something that isn’t an unsolicited Secret Santa gift.

And just when you think it’s all lettuce and lemonades, atis throws a curveball: trout is now on the menu. It’s the first time the fish has made an appearance, marking another step in atis’ commitment to sustainability – proving that even power bowls can have plot twists.

Whether you’re heading to Chelsea Flower Show or just craving a lunch that feels like it’s been kissed by a meadow, the atis x Natoora Green Goddess is the freshest ticket in town. Ever wondered what it would be like to visit the only off-grid, organic vineyard in Sussex?

@banglemag was lucky enough to check out @oxneyorganicestate this bank holiday weekend as part of the research for our Vineyard Vacays bumper summer feature (dropping next month).

With a range of onsite accommodation options, Oxney also offers group tasting tours in situ (not just in the tasting rooms but also right next to the vines), followed by a classic wicker-basket picnic, featuring locally made cheeses and seasonal home-baked treats.

Sustainability: Not only does Oxney produce its own electricity, but the estate actually puts solar-powered energy back into the grid! How’s that for added value?

The vineyard itself spans some 35 acres and is home to an incredible 57,000 vines and 5 different grape varieties. We loved hearing all about founder Kristin’s formidable passion for organic production, and seeing behind the scenes of Oxney’s award-winning vintages.

Florals for spring? Yes, please – especially when served with a side of rabbit and cuttlefish paella or grilled sugar pit Iberico pork chop. Tucked just five minutes from the RHS Chelsea action, @wildflowers.restaurant will be open for lunch (12–5pm) and dinner (from 5pm) from 20–24 May. With seasonal plates & a botanical backdrop, it’s peak petal-to-plate.

What’s better than fresh pasta in Soho? Fresh pasta followed by Soft & Swirly’s dreamy sundaes. All month long, @pastaiolondon is serving two limited-edition ice cream creations:
• Lemon & olive oil ice cream with whipped ricotta, strawberries, and toasted almonds
• Marsala & coffee ice cream with mascarpone cream, cocoa & chocolate flakes (a tribute to their legendary tiramisu).

Raise a glass (or a fork) to spring at @sesta.dining, where the new 16-seat terrace brings a splash of country charm to Hackney’s Wilton Way. Surrounded by aromatic herbs & blooming planters, diners can tuck into Cajun ham chou farci with smoked eel or leek & borlotti bean hummus with pickled rhubarb & pistachio crackers, all paired with their signature natural wines. It’s as idyllic as outdoor London dining gets – no picnic blanket required.

Sgroppini, but make them swanky. This month, @theoriolebar is teaming up with @icecreamunion to serve Champagne Sgroppinis – fizzy, frosty cocktails topped with artisanal sorbet and Moët.

And, this Bank Holiday Monday, swing by Oriole for a Cinco de Mayo bash like no other. From 3–6pm, groove to live Latin tunes while feasting on festive dishes from Chef @giallonardogustavo

From a humble Borough Market trestle table to two buzzing restaurants, @arabicalondon is celebrating 25 years of mezze magic. Expect a journey through their greatest hits: think fire-kissed meats, dips so smooth you could bathe in them, & pickles that pack a punch. It’s a party plate for the ages.

Celebrate Sauvignon Blanc Week (April 28 – May 5) with @rokarestaurant.uk, where the wine flows & the vibes follow suit. Sip on Ibbotson Sauvignon for £10 or indulge in Sancerre Serge Laloue for £14, paired with robata-grilled bites and pristine sashimi.
