Lily Allen joins the stellar Way Out West 2026 Gothenburg line-up alongside Lorde, The xx and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.

@wayoutwestfestival returns to Slottsskogen Park in Gothenburg from 13–15 August 2026, continuing its run as one of Europe’s most forward-thinking festivals, known for its progressive programming, cultural breadth and commitment to conscious living.

Leading the latest lineup announcement, UK pop icon @lilyallen has been revealed as a new addition for 2026, bringing her defining new album West End Girl to the stage in a special full-album performance. Widely praised for its honesty and focus, the record marks one of the most compelling chapters of her career, with its emotional depth and theatrical melodies reaffirming Allen as a fearless voice in modern British songwriting.

She is joined by a newly announced wave of artists including US rock band @wilco and multi-instrumentalist @currentjoys, as well as Brighton punks @lambrinigirlz, contemporary soul performer @jalen_ngonda and Swedish singer-songwriter @veronicamaggio, who join headliners @thecure, @gorillaz and @ravynlenae and other names such as Zara Larsson, Lorde, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Moby, sombr, The xx, Four Tet, Dijon, Anna von Hausswolff and Oklou on the bill for the eighteenth edition.

Pancake Day the Cocomelt Way

As Londoners know, there's only one spot worth considering for outsourcing the flip-work.

This Pancake Day, Cocomelt, Soho’s premium chocolate café known for its delicious feel-good desserts, is inviting guests to skip the flipping and dive into what it does best.

Instead of traditional pancakes at home, Cocomelt’s menu is perfect for pancake lovers all year round. Guests can choose from Mini Pancakes, to viral Sushi Crepes and Traditional Crepes, all finished with rich Belgian chocolate, sauces and toppings.

One of the standout dishes on the menu is the Sushi Crepe (£11). Freshly made crepes are rolled and filled with toppings such as banana, brownies and strawberries, before being sliced into sushi-style pieces. Finished with chocolate drizzled over the top and served with a pot of chocolate for dipping, guests are encouraged to grab the chopsticks and get stuck in.

Alongside its more playful creations, guests can also enjoy classic crepe flavour favourites such as Banana, Strawberry, Brownie and Lotus Biscoff crepes, all drizzled with Belgian chocolate straight from Cocomelt’s fountains. Crepes are available from £8.

Wanting something more bite-sized? Cocomelt’s Mini Pancakes (£8) are ideal for a smaller serving of sweetness, drizzled with Belgian chocolate. Mini Pancakes are also available in platter size, perfect for sharing with friends, families or colleagues. Platters come with 50 mini pancakes (£45).

This Pancake Day, Cocomelt is proving that chocolate is the ultimate topping for any celebration.
